TO SCHEDULE A VISIT: Review all the exhibtion tour options and hands-on acitivties. For student tours, submit the Student Tour Request Form (August 2008–May 2009) by mail or fax to 615.744.3965. For adult tours, fill out the Adult Tour Request Form to make your reservation. If you have questions, please call (615) 744-3247 or e-mail our Tour Coordinator.

Blank dates are available for Docent-guided Discovery Tours or Story Tours and ArtQuest or Art Studio activities from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Self-guided tours and ArtQuest are also still available  from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on these dates.

Green dates are only available for small ( 20 or less) Docent-guided Discovery Tours or Story Tours and ArtQuest or Art Studio activities from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., but self-guided tours are still available on these dates with the option for ArtQuest or Art Studio activites from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Blue dates are sold out for docent-guided Discovery Tours, but self-guided tours are still available on these dates with the option for ArtQuest activites from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.

Purple dates are sold out for both docent-guided and self-guided tours.
